Pinhole Photography Workshops

It’s been a little while since I’ve blogged on here, it’s not that I’m short of subject matter but I’ve been working with fellow photographer and good friend Andrew Atkinson on setting up a dedicated Pinhole Photography Workshops website.  For those who follow me, you’ll know we did a workshop at the end of February and it was very successful. After several discussions we decided to run another one (June 3rd, 2017), but have bit the bullet and created a website. Below is an extract from the front page of that website which can be found at PinholePhotographyWorkshops.co.uk

I’ve also done a little blog over there to explain a little more (click here). The website is still being tweaked to do bear with us. We hope to create a place of community and interaction as well as provide education in the form of workshops. So please do spread the word and subscribe, your support would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Website extract:

“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”— Elliott Erwitt

Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced in pinhole photography there is something for everyone here. Specialising in workshops for those wanting to develop their pinhole photography we will guide you around some of the best pinhole locations we know and ensure you come away with some great results and understanding more about the art of pinhole photography. At the moment we offer 1 day workshops, but hopefully in 2018 we will be running a couple of residential workshops. No matter which you choose each one is guaranteed to be fun and informative as well as challenge your abilities and with tutoring from us you will succeed.

Of course we are not all about workshops despite our name, we are about creating a community and encouraging social interaction. There will be blogs, features and lots more. Do not forget to sign up to our newsletter for the latest on workshops and special offers. Hope you enjoy the website and thanks for looking.
